Manufacturing Management System
Quality Management System (QMS), using ISO 9001:2015, is the basic framework of DAILYECO and its supply chain partners. Environmental Management System (EMS), using ISO 14001:2015 as a framework, Food Safety Management System (FSMS), using ISO 22000:2018 as a framework, Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHMS), using ISO 45001:2018 as a framework, Energy Management System (EMS), using ISO 50001:2018 as a framework, enterprises adopt relevant combined certifications to standardize overall operations, ensure regulatory compliance and control various risks from four aspects: environmental protection, food safety, occupational health and safety, as well as energy conservation and consumption reduction, copy certificates can be provided upon request.
US FDA 21 CFR on materials and articles in contact with food
DAILYECO’s all finished products meet the relevant requirements laid down in FDA 21 CFR and are intended for use in a foodservice environment for United States, copy certificates can be provided upon request.

Regulation (EU) No 995/2010 on placing timber and timber products on the market
The EU Timber Regulation aims to curb illegal logging and related trade across the EU and worldwide. It regulates two types of market players within the internal market: operators, who first put timber products on the EU market, and traders, who operate further along the supply chain and are not classified as operators.
As both an operator and a trader under this regulation, DAILYECO confirms that we fully comply with all obligations set out in Regulation (EU) No 995/2010. All timber materials used in our products and transport packaging are sourced from sustainably managed forests. Where feasible, these timber products will provide FSC or PEFC certification upon request.
Meanwhile, we have made adequate preparations to comply with the upcoming EU Deforestation-free Products Regulation (EUDR).
Regulation (EC) No 2023/2006 on Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) for food contact materials and articles
Regulation (EU) 2023/988, on General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR)
DAILYECO has established a comprehensive quality management system covering documentation, raw material control, in-process production control and batch traceability throughout manufacturing. This ensures finished products consistently meet food contact safety requirements and prevents migration of hazardous substances. We can provide the Declaration of Conformity (DoC) for these regulations upon request.
Composting
DAILYECO is committed to supplying compostable packaging and disposables and has an active program to ensure our products are compliant with industrial composting standards. All DAILYECO products either meet one of the internationally recognized standards for industrial composting, EN 13432 or ASTM D6400, if some new products waiting for the latest compostable testing, we will come with the materials compostable certificates to ensure you can have one step ahead in your market. Further information on specific products, including copy certificates will be provided upon request.
EU Regulation (EU) 2025/40(PPWR) on Packaging and Packaging Wasting
EU Regulation (EU) 2025/40(PPWR) on Packaging and Packaging Wasting, officially entering into force in August 2026. All packaging products like carton box, stickers, flexible formats of DAILYECO exported to the EU market have undergone design, raw material selection, production control and finished product testing in accordance with all applicable provisions of Regulation (EU) 2025/40 of the European Parliament and of the Council on packaging and packaging waste (PPWR), and comply with all mandatory compliance requirements specified therein.
Our brand will continuously monitor and follow up on the phased enforcement timelines of Regulation (EU) 2025/40. The full set of supporting compliance documents including test reports and raw material traceability records are available for inspection at any time upon request.
Traceability
DAILYECO products feature full supply chain traceability, supported by distinct batch markings on outer packaging. This traceability scheme is currently being expanded to all product lines.
Storage
The recommended storage and working temperature for PLA items is between -20°C and 40°C.
For all remaining products, the standard temperature range is 0°C to 85°C, unless otherwise indicated. Feel free to contact us for further advice. We strongly advise customers to test the products beforehand if unsure about their intended application.
